6-7A-1: ADOPTION OF UNIFORM FIRE CODE:
The current edition of the Uniform Fire Code, relating to and establishing rules and regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire, is hereby adopted and enacted as the Fire Code for the City. The current edition of said Code, and any amendments and additions thereto, are hereby adopted by reference. Not less than three (3) copies of said Code shall be kept on file at all times in the office of the City Clerk for use and examination by the public. (1990 Code) |

6-7A-2: ENFORCEMENT: The Chief of the Mountain Home Fire Department, or such other person or persons as the Council may appoint, shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Uniform Fire Code and amendments. The Chief may request the aid of the City Police Department to assist him in the enforcement of this Code and amendments when necessary. (Ord. 790, 5-27-75; 1990 Code) |
