Silent Witness

Silent Witness encourages people to call in or email us by using the form below anonymously and give police information on a crime.

When somebody has information about a crime, he or she can call 587-2151. Calls to Mountain Home Police Department are not traced. It is critical to the success of the Silent Witness Program that if informants want to be anonymous, that all precautions are taken to assure their identity is not known.

By selecting a code number, word or phrase if there is a reward offered or available, Silent Witness would be able to provide the money to the person that gave the information which lead to an arrest and conviction or recovery of illegal items.

If the information leads to an arrest and conviction, the police coordinator prepares a written summary of the incident and details on how the Silent Witness informant assisted.

NOTE: Should the case have a reward the informant would receive the reward after the case is completed and the Chief of Police has reviewed the informants contribution in that case.
